Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the release management strategy for enterprise non-production environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• You'll oversee environment planning, data migration strategies, patch management, and release governance to support reliable technology delivery.
• You'll collaborate with development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and project teams to coordinate deployments, upgrades, maintenance windows, and release readiness activities.
• You'll establish and enhance release management processes, change control practices, and governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
• You'll monitor environment health, manage release documentation, support audit and compliance activities, and mitigate operational risks.
• You'll mentor Release Analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in release management, software delivery, quality assurance, or a related technical leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Release Management, Test Automation, Configuration Management, and project or support management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise software deployment processes.
• Experience supporting audit, security, or regulatory compliance initiatives, including PCI standards, is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating releases for platforms like SAP, Blue Yonder, MuleSoft, or Workday an asset
