Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC (Hybrid, with flexibility for fully remote candidates across Canada, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone)

Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French is considered an asset.

Duration: 3 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent

Background Check Requirement: Successful candidates must complete a criminal record check, credit check, and reference checks.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide executive support by coordinating calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior leaders.
• You'll manage finance-related administrative activities, including processing and tracking expenses using SAP Concur.
• You'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• You'll anticipate needs, prioritize competing requests, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.
• You'll support day-to-day operational activities, helping improve processes and keeping key initiatives on track.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in executive administration, operations support, finance administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience using SAP Concur for expense management is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience supporting executives or senior leaders, even if not in a formal Executive Assistant position.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within a non-profit organization and bilingualism in English and French are considered assets.
