About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative People & Culture team supporting a fast-paced, growing organization where no two days are the same. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with meaningful employee support and is ready to step into a true HR Generalist role.

Working closely with People & Culture Business Partners, you'll play an integral role in delivering day-to-day HR support while helping create capacity for the team to focus on strategic initiatives. You'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and adaptability are valued, and where everyone is encouraged to roll up their sleeves to help move the business forward.

What's In It for You
• Join a supportive People & Culture team that values collaboration and continuous learning.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions across multiple business units.
• Work in a dynamic environment where your ideas, initiative, and contributions are recognized.
• Be part of a people-first culture that embraces teamwork, flexibility, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll educate, coach, and provide guidance to employees and people leaders on a wide range of People & Culture topics, including company policies and procedures, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• You'll draft, review, and maintain job descriptions, partnering with leaders to ensure roles are accurately documented and appropriately aligned.
• You'll administer employee leaves, including medical, parental, Employment Insurance (EI), and short-term disability, ensuring a positive employee experience while coordinating documentation and processes.
• You'll partner closely with multiple People & Culture Business Partners, helping manage a high volume of operational HR work across several business units.
• You'll support recruitment activities by partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• You'll coordinate exit interviews and support the offboarding process, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• You'll provide first-level support for employee relations matters, gathering information, documenting conversations, and escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
• You'll prepare HR reports and support workforce data management using Excel, ensuring employee information is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or business-facing HR role, supporting multiple leaders and a broad range of HR functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee lifecycle activities, including employee relations, leave administration (medical, parental, EI, and short-term disability), performance management, and HR policy interpretation.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners while providing practical guidance and HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in growing or evolving organizations where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is part of the day-to-day.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful, with a team-first mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to support shared goals.
• Sound judgment and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for filtering, reporting, and managing HR data.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is an asset. Equivalent combinations of education and practical HR experience will be considered.
