Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage incoming referral information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• You'll perform data entry and maintain referral records using healthcare software systems.
• You'll prioritize a high volume of work while meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
• You'll communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure referral information is complete and up to date.
• You'll work independently while contributing to the overall success of the administrative team.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong keyboarding, data entry, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using Accuro is preferred. Experience with Meditech or other healthcare software will also be considered.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
