Your Responsibilities
• You'll assess registration applications by reviewing supporting documentation, identifying missing or inconsistent information, and determining eligibility requirements.
• You'll communicate with applicants by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and professionally explaining registration requirements over the phone and by email.
• You'll prepare referral materials for leadership and Registration Committee review while ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and well organized.
• You'll maintain accurate records by updating internal databases and managing registration files with exceptional attention to detail.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders on registration initiatives and contribute ideas that improve processes and service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a regulatory environment or a similar customer service or administrative role, supporting registration, licensing, or compliance functions
• Completion of an undergraduate degree
• Experience reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and working within established policies or legislative requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to explain complex information professionally and clearly
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro
• A self-motivated, collaborative approach with a commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work
