• Enjoy an active, outdoor work environment.
• Make a meaningful contribution to a fun and engaging community experience.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll assist with event setup, including assembling tents, setting up folding tables, and preparing equipment.
• You'll fill coolers with ice and ensure event supplies are organized and ready for use.
• You'll welcome and engage with event participants, providing friendly assistance throughout the day.
• You'll retrieve and distribute pizza during the lunch period.
• You'll provide general event support by assisting wherever needed to help ensure the event runs smoothly.
• You'll help keep the event space clean, organized, and safe from setup through wrap-up.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in events, customer service, hospitality, or general labour is an asset, but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable interacting with the public in a professional and positive manner.
• Comfortable bending, lifting, carrying, and moving event supplies weighing up to 50 lbs., including cases of water, coolers, and setup equipment.
• Able to remain on your feet for extended periods and work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
• Punctual, adaptable, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
