Work on complex, enterprise-level initiatives that make a meaningful impact across a large public sector environment. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to executive-level decision making, and contribute to projects that shape long-term organizational priorities. This opportunity offers a collaborative culture that values accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll provide senior project management leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

• You'll develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving project issues.

• You'll lead the coordination of Treasury Board (TB), Management Board of Cabinet (MBC), and Strategic Planning Process (SPP) submissions, ensuring all governance deliverables meet organizational standards and timelines.

• You'll coordinate Executive Steering Committee, Director, and Working Group meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and supporting governance activities.

• You'll oversee procurement activities, executive briefings, governance submissions, and project tracking through Planview while supporting the I&IT UPM gateway process.

• You'll collaborate with business partners, I&IT teams, and executive stakeholders to align project objectives and lead organizational change management activities that support successful adoption and implementation.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience supporting Treasury Board (TB), Management Board of Cabinet (MBC), and Strategic Planning Process (SPP) submissions within large, complex organizations.

• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, executive reporting, procurement coordination, and enterprise project delivery methodologies.

• Experience using Planview or a comparable Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, along with knowledge of the I&IT Project Methodology across all project phases.

• Experience supporting business applications related to annual funding allocation processes is required.

• Proven change management expertise and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior executives.
