• You’ll monitor test execution progress, manage deliverables, prepare status reporting and obtain required sign-offs
• You’ll support test environment and test data planning while helping establish consistent processes, tools and quality standards
• You’ll coach, mentor and supervise testers while managing estimates, schedules, scope, resources and testing-related escalations

Skills and Qualifications
• 5 to 8 years of experience leading business application and/or software testing using ALM and/or Octane
• 5 to 8 years of experience leading testing in agile environments
• Strong experience analyzing functional, technical and non-functional requirements and creating test cases, scripts and documentation
• Experience leading digital testing for native mobile applications, iOS and Android, eCommerce, API development and integration initiatives
• Experience integrating digital testing plans with CI/CD stacks and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Chef/Puppet and cloud hosting environments
• Experience creating test strategies and plans across the full test lifecycle, including functional, SIT, performance, UAT, automation and defect management
