This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale enterprise implementation, leading the deployment of IBM MAS Manage across multiple environments while helping deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable platform that supports essential public services.

Working alongside internal technology teams and external implementation partners, you'll provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, from environment builds and platform configuration to integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS Manage) across Staging, QA, and Production environments running on Red Hat OpenShift.

• You'll configure platform components including storage, certificates, namespaces, routes, operators, registry services, LDAP/IDP authentication, RBAC, and SMTP integration.

• You'll collaborate with database and integration teams to configure Oracle connectivity and validate integrations with SAP, ESRI GIS, Mobility platforms, Oracle Service Bus, and other enterprise applications.

• You'll support data migration activities, perform technical validation, and execute environment, integration, regression, and performance testing.

• You'll provide technical troubleshooting, support production cutover and hypercare activities, and deliver documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer to sustainment teams.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience administering and supporting IBM Maximo and/or Maximo Application Suite environments.

• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, or upgrading IBM Maximo 7.6.x, including WebSphere or Liberty, integrations, and customizations.

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including MAS Manage, Suite Administration, and registry configuration.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise applications on Red Hat OpenShift, including operators, namespaces, routes, secrets, persistent volumes, and security configuration.

• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications with Oracle databases, SAP, ESRI GIS, Oracle Service Bus, LDAP/IDP authentication, SSO, and RBAC.

• Experience performing TLS and certificate management, environment-to-environment deployments, and scripting using Bash, Ansible, Python, or similar automation tools.

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline. OpenShift/Kubernetes, IBM Maximo/MAS, and ITIL Foundation certifications are considered strong assets.
