As an Administrative Associate, you'll provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, preparing documentation, and helping keep priorities on track. Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, record meeting minutes, and maintain accurate meeting records.
• You'll organize virtual and onsite meetings, including logistics such as travel, accommodations, and catering when required.
• You'll prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, invoices, and other administrative documentation while maintaining an efficient flow of information across the team.
• You'll oversee SharePoint records management, ensuring files, permissions, and document standards are maintained.
• You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to a Director and Managers within a Legal and Strategic team.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate, legal, regulatory, government, or public sector environment.
• Postsecondary education in a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional planning, organization, attention to detail, and meeting management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Demonstrated adaptability, client focus, sound problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
