Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise Windows Server and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• You'll act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, root cause analysis, and operational challenges.
• You'll administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
• You'll develop PowerShell automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• You'll partner with cybersecurity teams to strengthen security posture, support compliance initiatives, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• You'll provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentorship while contributing to infrastructure modernization and disaster recovery planning.
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, or senior systems administration.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud environments, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), and Microsoft 365.
• Advanced experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and identity management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting experience and expertise implementing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
• Strong VMware and/or Hyper-V administration experience, along with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise infrastructure projects while building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or ITIL certifications, financial services experience, and expertise in Azure Governance, Cloud FinOps, or Endpoint Manager are considered strong assets.
