Your Responsibilities
• You'll oversee the daily operation of the office, including visitor reception, office supplies, facilities coordination, vendor relationships, security access, and general workplace upkeep.
• You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and documents, and support multiple senior leaders with administrative priorities.
• You'll organize travel arrangements, expense reconciliations, catering, office events, team functions, and executive meetings.
• You'll coordinate correspondence, maintain confidential information, manage document filing systems, and distribute company-wide communications.
• You'll provide personal executive support, including travel planning, appointment scheduling, property coordination, household administration, errands, and other time-sensitive requests.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience managing cloud-based files and digital documents.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to support both business and executive priorities, including occasional after-hours requirements.
