Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and professional event registrations.
• You'll coordinate executive meetings by managing logistics, preparing materials, tracking action items, and supporting follow-up activities.
• You'll oversee the daily operations of the Toronto office, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment for employees and visitors.
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, guests, vendors, and service providers, delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.
• You'll manage office supplies, coordinate third-party vendors, maintain filing systems, and support onboarding activities for new employees.
• You'll assist with internal meetings and office events by coordinating schedules, catering, room setup, and administrative logistics.
• You'll handle confidential information with discretion while providing administrative support to office staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience managing calendars, expense reporting, travel coordination, and administrative financial tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a professional and polished approach.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
