• You'll monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages where appropriate, and identify emerging opportunities or issues.
• You'll maintain website content using a content management system, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to align digital content with broader communications strategies.
• You'll adapt messaging for different audiences using visual storytelling and short-form video content.
• You'll track performance metrics and provide insights to support ongoing content optimization.
• You'll ensure all communications are culturally respectful, inclusive, and aligned with organizational values.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing social media accounts for organizations, communities, or campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Experience updating websites using a content management system (CMS).
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are considered a strong asset.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with French considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
