About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative public sector organization where recruitment plays a key role in supporting important policy initiatives and organizational growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience through accuracy, organization, and compliance.

Working closely with an experienced recruitment partner and reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you'll manage specialized hiring initiatives from start to finish while helping maintain consistent recruitment practices. Your work will directly support the organization's ability to attract highly qualified professionals for specialized policy and government-related positions.

What’s In It for You
You'll join a supportive team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. This opportunity offers exposure to complex public sector recruitment, a highly organized onboarding program, and a workplace that values quality, accountability, and professional growth. You'll also enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, competitive compensation based on experience, four weeks of vacation, holiday office closures, and benefits from Day 1.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage approximately 15 full-cycle recruitment processes simultaneously, from posting through offer acceptance.
• You'll recruit for specialized policy and other highly technical government-related positions while ensuring compliance with established hiring procedures.
• You'll maintain detailed recruitment documentation, metrics, and daily tracking reports, including recruitment timelines and vacancy status updates.
• You'll support structured onboarding activities and probation administration while following established audit-ready processes.
• You'll proactively identify recruitment risks, communicate anticipated hiring delays, and recommend solutions to support successful hiring outcomes.
• You'll use HRIS systems throughout the recruitment lifecycle and quickly adapt to new technology as required.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within federal, provincial, municipal, Crown corporation, government agency, or broader public sector environments.
• Experience managing recruitment within highly regulated, policy-driven organizations with strong compliance and documentation requirements.
• Post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple specialized requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience using HRIS platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Dayforce experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French language proficiency is considered a strong asset.
• Eligible to obtain a Reliability Security Clearance and successfully complete a Criminal Record Check.
