Location: Montreal, QC, Hybrid, 1-2 days on-site per week
Language: Bilingual, English and French. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required.

We are partnering with a leading professional services organization seeking an experienced project leader to oversee complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to bring structure, transparency, and momentum to key initiatives. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project scoping and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• You'll develop and maintain key project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and issue and action logs.
• You'll coordinate multiple project workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities remain aligned across cross-functional teams.
• You'll facilitate project team meetings and steering committee discussions while providing clear updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• You'll proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
• You'll contribute to PMO continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining project documentation, capturing lessons learned, and supporting the development of standardized templates and processes.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex business initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, and intermediate experience using Google Workspace.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with executive leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering results without direct reporting authority.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is considered an asset.
• Experience with UiPath (RPA), Workday, and/or Salesforce is considered an asset. A Project Management designation is an asset but not required.
