About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences while keeping a thriving residential community running smoothly? We are seeking a Leasing & Resident Experience Coordinator to become the welcoming face of a growing residential property portfolio. In this role, you'll combine relationship building, leasing expertise, and operational coordination to deliver a positive experience for residents and prospective tenants alike.

Working within the residential property management sector, you'll collaborate closely with property management, maintenance, administration, and marketing teams to support occupancy goals, enhance resident satisfaction, and contribute to a community where people feel valued and at home.

What's In It for You
Join a collaborative team that values service excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement. You'll enjoy a dynamic role with meaningful resident interaction, opportunities to broaden your property management experience, and a workplace that encourages initiative, teamwork, and long-term professional growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as the primary on-site contact for residents, delivering responsive, solutions-focused customer service and building positive relationships.
• You'll manage leasing activities, including property tours, rental applications, lease documentation, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention initiatives.
• You'll coordinate maintenance requests, communicate with contractors and internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of resident concerns.
• You'll conduct regular property inspections, monitor community standards, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• You'll prepare resident communications, maintain accurate leasing and operational records, and support compliance with applicable residential tenancy legislation.
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while independently managing daily priorities and escalating complex issues when appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in residential property management, resident services, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting residential leasing processes, applicant administration, and occupancy management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with experience using Yardi, BuildingStack, CRM platforms, or DocuSign considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and residential property management best practices is considered an asset.
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends based on operational requirements.

Note from the Hiring Manager
"We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every resident. If you're proactive, collaborative, and enjoy making a meaningful impact each day, we'd love to meet you."
