Your Responsibilities
- You'll develop strategic account plans that support long-term growth within a portfolio of customers
- You'll identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through successful contract completion
- You'll cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to understand business priorities and uncover new opportunities
- You'll collaborate with technical specialists, engineering teams, and marketing to deliver tailored customer solutions
- You'll evaluate customer business objectives, investment priorities, and market trends to recommend the most effective solutions
- You'll lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- You'll maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information using CRM tools while providing meaningful business insights
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, key account management, or business development within an industrial or technical environment.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working within a collaborative, matrixed environment.
