Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead full-cycle recruitment activities, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• You'll partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and required skill sets.
• You'll source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across technical and non-technical roles, including competency and technical evaluations where appropriate.
• You'll coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
• You'll complete background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding coordination for new hires.
• You'll maintain applicant tracking systems, recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring documentation while supporting campus recruitment and talent pipeline initiatives.
• You'll contribute to broader HR operations and people initiatives as business needs evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive Technical Recruiter or recruitment experience, ideally within fast-paced technology or startup environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Strong technical recruitment experience with knowledge of SDLC, software engineering, cloud technologies, infrastructure, product development, and related technical disciplines.
• Experience conducting technical screenings and competency-based candidate assessments.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting campus recruitment, university partnerships, and early career hiring is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
