Your Responsibilities
• You'll administer and support Windows Server environments, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
• You'll manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and identity management services.
• You'll monitor infrastructure health, perform server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• You'll respond to escalated incidents and service requests while supporting user onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint management.
• You'll maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes while documenting infrastructure changes and operational procedures.
• You'll collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams on vulnerability remediation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive Systems Administration experience within an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting Intune, Teams, SharePoint, endpoint management solutions, and monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL, service management best practices, and incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
