Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts that deliver actionable business insights.
• You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• You'll ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across business intelligence reporting.
• You'll support data warehouse enhancements, data modelling, and self-service reporting initiatives.
• You'll perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions and portfolio performance.
• You'll collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to identify reporting improvements and resolve data challenges.
• You'll contribute to BI projects while proactively identifying opportunities to improve analytics capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of progressive business intelligence, analytics, or reporting experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with IBM Cognos Framework, Tableau, Rapid SQL, or other SQL client tools. Python experience is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and performing complex ad hoc analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience within a regulated or financial services environment is considered an asset.
