Our client in the construction industry is looking for a detail-focused Contracts Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Your Responsibilities

• You will review and negotiate construction, service, maintenance, and refurbishment contracts, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and industry regulations.
• You will identify and mitigate contractual risks by partnering closely with legal and project management teams.
• You will build strong working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, property managers, and clients as a central point of contact.
• You will collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of contract terms.
• You will maintain organized documentation and prepare regular contract updates and reports for senior leaders.
• You will support dispute resolution efforts by coordinating with legal resources when needed.
• You will provide general administrative support to the contracts and legal department.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in contract management or administration, ideally within the construction sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, law, business, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex legal and contractual language.
• Strong negotiation skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience supporting Canada–U.S. construction projects.
• Professional certifications in contract management or compliance are preferred.
