Our client, a respected national non-profit organization, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join their team as a Senior Travel Services Coordinator. In this hybrid role, you’ll support critical service operations, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help maintain strong internal coordination and external partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the delivery of service plans, ensuring they align with timelines, budgets, and established quality standards.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to assist in the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Schedule and organize meetings, training sessions, and events; document outcomes and manage follow-up actions.
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation to standardize practices across the service area.
- Handle internal and external inquiries, offering guidance based on organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a centralized database of operational standards, templates, and process documentation.
- Gather and evaluate key performance metrics to support program planning and refinement.
- Prepare internal status updates and external reporting materials on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Support collaboration between departments and with external stakeholders to enhance service impact and coherence.
- Offer mentorship and onboarding support to newer team members, especially around tools, procedures, and service navigation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of related experience with a college diploma (2–3 years) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with empathy.
- Experience supporting program operations, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Knowledge of process mapping and service delivery optimization considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data to support informed decision-making.
Working Conditions:
- Participation in an on-call rotation may be expected, especially during periods of peak activity.
- May involve occasional extended hours or work outside of standard business hours in response to urgent needs.
- Must be comfortable working with diverse populations and stakeholders across multiple regions.
