As an Executive Assistant, you'll become a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring executives are supported through thoughtful planning, seamless coordination, and exceptional organizational expertise.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage complex executive calendars, balancing competing priorities and making informed scheduling decisions independently.
• You'll coordinate business travel from start to finish, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• You'll prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentation materials, and follow-up documentation with minimal direction.
• You'll process expense reports and benefits submissions accurately and within established timelines.
• You'll serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
• You'll provide personal administrative support as required, including appointments, reservations, and special arrangements.
• You'll collaborate with the administrative team by providing coverage during vacations and other absences, while remaining available outside core business hours when required.
Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role and supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and determine when to act independently or escalate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with PowerPoint considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
