Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario | Hybrid, with occasional onsite visits to two branch locations
Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required
Background Check Requirement: Successful completion of a criminal background check and credit check (minimum score of 600)
Salary: $55,000=$60,000 base salary

In this role, you'll partner closely with retail branch teams to support members with investment, retirement, and financial planning solutions. Your Responsibilities
• You'll build trusted relationships with members through branch referrals and day-to-day client interactions.
• You'll work closely with branch partners to identify member needs and introduce appropriate investment and wealth management solutions.
• You'll support members with investment, retirement, and financial planning conversations, escalating more complex opportunities when appropriate.
• You'll conduct portfolio reviews and identify opportunities to help members achieve their evolving financial goals.
• You'll participate in branch events, networking activities, and referral initiatives to grow your client portfolio.
• You'll educate members and branch partners on wealth management products, investment solutions, and financial planning services.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, investment sales, financial services, or a client-facing advisory role
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, provide excellent client service, and identify opportunities to support clients' financial goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in an advisory role
