We are recruiting for an Intermediate Financial Analyst, Capital and Treasury to join a collaborative finance team within a leading healthcare organization, where your expertise will directly support strategic investments, financial sustainability, and exceptional patient care.
In this role, you'll work closely with finance leaders and cross-functional partners to support capital planning, treasury management, and financial reporting. Your Responsibilities
- You'll lead the coordination of capital planning, reporting, project accounting, and Foundation grant support.
- You'll support treasury activities, including short and long-term cash flow forecasting, investment analysis, and financing recommendations.
- In this role, you'll maintain fixed asset and deferred capital grant ledgers, reconcile subsidiary ledgers, and ensure accurate capital accounting.
- You'll prepare year-end audit working papers, schedules, and reporting related to capital and treasury activities.
- You'll develop financial reports and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- You'll identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with a focus on capital planning, reporting, and treasury functions, preferably within healthcare or a related sector.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Financial Management, with a CPA designation completed or in progress.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and communicate financial information effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and sound decision-making abilities.
