We are recruiting a Data Migration and Mapping Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise transformation within a highly regulated organization. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in modernizing essential business systems by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data as it moves into a new enterprise platform.

Working alongside project managers, technical teams, subject matter experts, and system integrators, you will help shape the future state of enterprise asset management and service delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to successful system implementation, improved business processes, and long-term operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to identify, extract, and document database fields, metadata, and system configurations across multiple enterprise applications.
• You'll develop comprehensive data mapping documentation, including field mappings, validation rules, business logic, and transformation requirements.
• You'll create and execute complex SQL and Oracle queries to support data analysis, reporting, extraction, and migration activities.
• You'll support data cleansing initiatives by producing reports, participating in mass data updates, and improving data quality prior to migration.
• You'll work closely with system integrators to support end-to-end data migration, integration, validation, and testing activities.
• You'll participate in migration and integration testing by identifying, documenting, and helping resolve data-related issues and defects.
• You'll prepare technical documentation, field mapping artifacts, and testing deliverables that meet project milestones and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of project experience supporting data migration, data mapping, or enterprise system implementations.
• Demonstrated experience creating detailed data mapping and technical documentation.
• Strong proficiency developing and executing complex SQL and Oracle queries.
• Experience supporting data migration, integration validation, and testing activities.
• Knowledge of data cleansing, data transformation, and data quality best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data structures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
