Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days per week on-site at 87 Sir William Hearst Ave.)

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, and implement enterprise ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Logic Apps, and Function Apps.
• You'll build and maintain data movement pipelines, perform complex data transformations, and optimize performance for large data volumes.
• You'll enhance and support existing ETL processes by troubleshooting issues, validating data transformations, and improving overall reliability.
• You'll develop database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server stored procedures to support business and operational requirements.
• You'll contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment processes using GitHub, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Resource Manager.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality data integration solutions.
• You'll support reporting and analytics initiatives using IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous Ontario Public Service (OPS) experience is required.
• Extensive experience designing and developing ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory and Databricks, including Self-Hosted Integration Runtime, ETL pipelines, performance tuning, complex data transformations, Azure Roles, and ADF Debugger.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica, including Workflow Manager, Repository Manager, Designer, and Workflow Monitor.
• Experience developing solutions using Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps, along with Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, Azure Boards, Azure Test Plans, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, GitHub, and source code version control.
• Extensive experience developing Oracle PL/SQL programs, SQL Server stored procedures, and working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Synapse, and relational and hierarchical database technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative technical environments.
