Locations:
Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, or Ottawa.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (local to each location listed above, no travel between sites required.)

Compensation: 
This position is offering a pay rate between CAD $50.00-60.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities
• You'll administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure, and virtual infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• You'll provide Level 3 technical support while maintaining production and non-production systems.
• You'll maintain and enhance backup, recovery, storage, and messaging platforms, ensuring business continuity.
• You'll identify, analyze, and remediate infrastructure security vulnerabilities while supporting compliance initiatives.
• You'll contribute to enterprise-wide infrastructure projects, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You'll create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.
• You'll mentor junior team members, collaborate with third-party support teams, and participate in after-hours on-call support as required.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience administering Windows Server environments.
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on Exchange administration experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, and cloud technologies.
• Strong experience supporting virtual infrastructure, including Azure Local environments and hypervisors.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions, including Veeam and Azure Backup.
• Experience working within structured change control environments with excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills.
• PowerShell scripting, Dell server or Azure Stack HCI experience, leadership or mentoring experience, and legal industry experience are considered strong assets.
