Location:
Montreal, QC, Hybrid, 3 to 4 days onsite

As a Senior Digital Enablement Consultant, you will play a key role in helping teams embrace new technologies, improve business processes, and build lasting digital capabilities across the organization.

Working closely with business leaders, IT teams, and end users, you will lead digital adoption initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, and the Digital Workplace. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead digital adoption initiatives supporting Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and Digital Workplace solutions.
• You'll manage the AI Academy, including learning pathways, certifications, LMS administration, and reporting.
• You'll facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify business challenges, automation opportunities, and AI use cases.
• You'll develop communications, training materials, playbooks, and adoption campaigns that support organizational change.
• You'll build and grow Communities of Practice that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and AI adoption.
• You'll track adoption metrics, engagement KPIs, and business outcomes, providing recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change management, learning enablement, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise adoption initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, or AI technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs, certifications, and learning management systems such as Litmos or similar platforms.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
• Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, including Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI is considered an asset.
• Bilingual English and French communication skills are strongly preferred.
