About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Program Supervisor to support two community-focused employment and training programs within a non-profit environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a small team, support participant success, and help ensure program outcomes are met with consistency and care.

In this role, you will work closely with staff, facilitators, employer partners, and participants across multiple training cohorts. You will bring structure, accountability, and a people-first approach to programs that support individuals as they build skills, complete placements, and move toward meaningful employment.

What’s In It for You
You will step into a role where your leadership has a direct impact on staff, participants, and community outcomes. This opportunity offers exposure to program delivery, employer partnerships, funding requirements, reporting, and team development within a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll supervise a small team across two employment and training programs, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and accountability
• In this role, you’ll monitor participant intake, cohort progress, completion rates, placements, and program targets to ensure funding requirements are met
• You’ll support multiple overlapping cohorts, including pre-apprenticeship training and youth employment programming
• You’ll work with facilitators, employer partners, and internal teams to keep activities organized, on track, and aligned with program expectations
• You’ll support budget tracking, financial reporting, and program documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• You’ll identify risks, gaps, or delays early and help implement practical solutions to improve future cohort outcomes
• You’ll set clear expectations, coach team members, and have constructive conversations when needed to support performance and growth

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of direct management or supervisory experience, with a proven ability to coach, support, and hold staff accountable
• Strong understanding of metrics, targets, reporting requirements, and how to track progress against program outcomes
• Experience working with vulnerable populations, employment programs, community services, training programs, or similar participant-focused environments
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cohorts, timelines, budgets, priorities, and moving pieces
• Comfortable supporting staff performance, setting expectations, and having direct conversations when required
• Forward-thinking and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and support continuous improvement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff, partners, facilitators, and participants
