This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build internal capability for long-term operational excellence.

• Apply your expertise to complex business challenges while influencing sustainable organizational improvements.
• Gain exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a collaborative public sector environment.
Your Responsibilities
• You'll partner with process owners to define business challenges, document current-state processes, and identify pain points, barriers, and root causes.

• You'll develop future-state process maps and practical implementation plans that improve efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• You'll prepare clear documentation, executive-ready reports, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
• You'll support testing activities, including configuration, user acceptance, and integration testing, while documenting outcomes and validating business requirements.
• You'll prioritize improvement initiatives by balancing organizational needs, system capabilities, timelines, and available resources.
Skills and Qualifications

• Formal certification or training in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, or a related methodology.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, waste identification, and future-state process design.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional working sessions within complex service environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level materials.
