You’ll work closely with application support and delivery teams in a regulated financial services environment, bringing structure, curiosity, and hands-on technical expertise to modernize QA automation. Your work will help improve test stability, accelerate delivery, and support applications that require a high standard of operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll review the existing automation framework and QA practices, then recommend improvements to strengthen reliability and efficiency
• In this role, you’ll facilitate discussions on testing toolchains, emerging technologies, automation practices, and potential AI-enabled testing approaches
• You’ll develop, maintain, deploy, and execute automated test scripts using manual test cases, regression scenarios, and performance testing requirements
• You’ll contribute to manual testing, integration testing, API testing, and performance testing activities as needed
• You’ll analyze test results, troubleshoot automation failures, improve test stability, and support stronger automated test coverage
• You’ll help integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines while ensuring test data readiness and reliable operational procedures

Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of recent demonstrated experience testing web applications, third-party applications, and system integrations
• 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, deploying, and executing automated test scripts
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress
• Experience with DevOps tools, including source code control and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with test management and reporting tools such as Allure TestOps
• Knowledge of integration testing and API testing tools such as Postman
• Experience with AI-enabled development or testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, with experience in financial services, regulated, or mission-critical environments considered a strong asset
