Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow solutions based on evolving business requirements.
• You'll configure platform capabilities using scripting, workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development best practices.
• You'll implement AI-enabled features including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and other intelligent automation capabilities.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide technical feasibility assessments.
• You'll monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ServiceNow, integration, automation, and AI solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• You'll document technical designs, implementation activities, risks, and recommendations while supporting successful project delivery and operational transition.
• You'll ensure all solutions align with organizational security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• University degree or college diploma in Business, Public Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting AI capabilities within ServiceNow, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, and AI governance principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and identify innovative automation opportunities that improve business processes and service delivery.
