About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? We are seeking a Business Analyst, Parking Development to support the evolution of a large municipal parking network through data-driven analysis, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. While this role includes elements of business analysis and project support, the primary focus is on interpreting data, measuring performance, and providing actionable recommendations that improve operations and customer experience.

Working alongside cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, and external partners, you'll help shape strategic initiatives by developing dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating trends, and supporting the implementation of innovative parking solutions. Your Responsibilities
• You'll analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.
• You'll develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics that provide meaningful insights for leadership and project teams.
• You'll support business analysis activities by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
• You'll coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, risks, deliverables, and support implementation of operational and technology initiatives.
• You'll assist with user acceptance testing, system validation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure business requirements are successfully delivered.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to evaluate customer experience initiatives and support continuous service improvements.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project coordination, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting business improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, or similar reporting and analytics tools is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline. A valid G driver's licence with access to a vehicle is required for occasional site visits.
