Our client is looking for three Bilingual Contact Centre Agents to join their growing Prospect Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression while guiding customers through the early stages of their rental journey. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and schedule appointments will directly contribute to the success of the leasing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound rental inquiries received by phone, email, website, chat, and online listing platforms.
- Engage with prospective residents to understand their housing needs and recommend suitable rental communities.
- Schedule appointments for property tours with the leasing team.
- Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes within the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions and encourage the next step in the leasing process.
- Build strong relationships by providing professional, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
- Become familiar with the company's residential portfolio, amenities, pricing, and promotions.
- Work closely with internal leasing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, inside sales, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems.
- A consultative approach with the confidence to ask questions and guide conversations.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Motivated by achieving goals and booking appointments.

Training & Support
You'll receive comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training, including job shadowing with experienced team members to help you quickly become confident in the role, the technology, and the company's residential portfolio.

Schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (8–4, 10–6 or 12–8)
