Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, product, and external agency partners, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful retail campaigns from concept through execution. Your Responsibilities
• You'll execute retail trade marketing strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to support business objectives.
• You'll lead the end-to-end development of retail promotional campaigns, coordinating creative assets, operational planning, and in-store activation.
• You'll manage marketing content and promotional activities across retail digital channels and Lotto Express platforms.
• You'll collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve retail performance.
• You'll monitor campaign execution in the field, gather retailer feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve future programs.
• You'll manage agency relationships and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• You'll identify process improvements and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and drive incremental revenue.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of recent experience in consumer trade marketing or within an advertising agency supporting retail marketing initiatives.
• University degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mandatory experience working with CPG Key Account partners.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing principles, consumer-focused marketing, branding, and advertising.
• Experience managing agency partners across advertising, media, experiential marketing, or merchandising.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze challenges and develop practical marketing solutions.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and web-based applications. Knowledge of the British Columbia gaming industry is considered an asset.
