Working alongside a supportive team of four, you'll be the primary daytime administrative contact, partnering with drivers and internal stakeholders to maintain shipment documentation and reporting. Your Responsibilities
• You'll review and organize daily shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proofs of Delivery (PODs) received by email and paper.
• You'll accurately enter delivery times, shipment details, and POD codes into the organization's internal tracking system.
• You'll scan and upload documentation to maintain complete electronic records.
• You'll communicate with contract drivers to confirm delivery status and resolve missing shipment information.
• You'll support reporting and administrative processes by ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, or a related industry
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review and validate operational data
• Previous customer service or driver communication experience is considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable learning new internal systems and adapting to established processes
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
