• Exposure to a broad range of corporate recruitment and opportunities for continued professional growth

Your Responsibilities

• You'll partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide recruitment guidance, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience
• You'll develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, and other recruitment channels to identify top talent
• You'll prepare job postings, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, conduct internal equity reviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
• You'll coordinate background screening activities, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• You'll manage recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and provide reporting to support data-driven recruitment decisions
• You'll successfully manage a high-volume portfolio of 20 or more concurrent requisitions while balancing changing business priorities

• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including areas such as Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Leadership
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor with a strong customer service mindset
• Hands-on experience with Workday is strongly preferred
• Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent attraction platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating recruitment dashboards, tracking metrics, and reporting using Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Highly organized, resourceful, and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
