You'll evaluate real estate and capital market opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and investment underwriting.
In this role, you'll build and maintain sophisticated financial models, development pro formas, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
You'll contribute to acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and due diligence activities from initial evaluation through transaction closing.
You'll prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentations that communicate opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and capital partners.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including lenders, legal counsel, consultants, and development professionals, to advance investment initiatives.
You'll monitor portfolio performance, analyze results against underwriting assumptions, and help identify opportunities to improve investment outcomes.
1 to 5 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate finance, private equity, or a similar analytical environment.
Strong academic background in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience developing investment and cash flow models.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset, strong initiative, and a genuine interest in real estate investing and capital markets.
