Your Responsibilities

• You'll evaluate real estate and capital market opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and investment underwriting.

• In this role, you'll build and maintain sophisticated financial models, development pro formas, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.

• You'll contribute to acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and due diligence activities from initial evaluation through transaction closing.

• You'll prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentations that communicate opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and capital partners.

• You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including lenders, legal counsel, consultants, and development professionals, to advance investment initiatives.

• You'll monitor portfolio performance, analyze results against underwriting assumptions, and help identify opportunities to improve investment outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate finance, private equity, or a similar analytical environment.

• Strong academic background in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience developing investment and cash flow models.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to a variety of stakeholders.

• A collaborative mindset, strong initiative, and a genuine interest in real estate investing and capital markets.
