Your Responsibilities
• You'll provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring priorities and schedules are effectively managed
• You'll prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and accurate meeting minutes
• You'll coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, special projects, corporate events, and executive activities
• You'll prepare recurring and ad hoc reports while maintaining accurate records and documentation
• You'll manage office supply inventory, coordinate vendor relationships, and monitor service-related contracts
• You'll support board meeting preparation, including agenda development and compilation of meeting materials
• You'll handle confidential information with discretion while providing exceptional administrative support across multiple departments

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar professional support role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail, recordkeeping skills, and professionalism when supporting senior executives and external stakeholders
