We are partnering with a leading public sector organization to find a Salesforce Consultant who can quickly contribute to a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem supporting critical business operations.
In this role, you will collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Government Cloud. You'll play a key role in driving best practices, improving platform performance, and delivering secure, reliable solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL.
• You'll collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions while following Salesforce development best practices.
• You'll perform code reviews, support governance activities, and contribute to development standards, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• You'll build and maintain secure integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and enterprise middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
• You'll provide production support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct system audits, and prepare the platform for seasonal Salesforce releases.
• You'll assess the impact of new business requirements while ensuring platform stability, security, compliance, and long-term scalability.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Advanced expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and ideally OmniStudio.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, API limits, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce change sets.
• Proven experience developing secure, scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions including MuleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, role-based security, regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and GDPR, and Salesforce best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments.
