You'll prepare and review financial statements, including consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
You'll oversee month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.
You'll develop financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis that support investment and operational decision-making.
You'll manage and optimize accounting systems, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
You'll collaborate with leadership, external auditors, and professional advisors to support financial planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within private investment, family office, or real estate environments.
CPA designation, or an equivalent professional accounting credential.
Strong experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, consolidations, and period-end reporting.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide meaningful business insights.
Experience working with modern accounting software and implementing process improvements.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, relationship-focused approach.
