Your Responsibilities

• You'll prepare and review financial statements, including consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• You'll oversee month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.

• You'll develop financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis that support investment and operational decision-making.

• You'll manage and optimize accounting systems, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.

• You'll collaborate with leadership, external auditors, and professional advisors to support financial planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within private investment, family office, or real estate environments.

• CPA designation, or an equivalent professional accounting credential.

• Strong experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, consolidations, and period-end reporting.

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide meaningful business insights.

• Experience working with modern accounting software and implementing process improvements.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, relationship-focused approach.
