As new programs and teams come together, there is an exciting opportunity to bring greater structure, planning, and consistency to how enterprise People initiatives are delivered. This newly created role will play a key part in building the processes and planning rhythms that keep priorities moving forward.
Working closely with senior People leaders and cross-functional partners, you'll support a portfolio of programs spanning People Operations, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and other corporate services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, embraces change, and finds satisfaction in creating processes that help teams do their best work.
Your Responsibilities• You'll lead the planning and coordination of annual and quarterly People planning cycles, ensuring priorities, timelines, budgets, and key milestones stay aligned across multiple programs.• You'll partner closely with senior People leaders to manage a portfolio of initiatives across functions such as People Operations, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and People Analytics, adapting as business priorities evolve.• You'll establish and continuously improve planning rhythms, governance processes, and operational workflows that bring greater consistency, visibility, and accountability to the team's work.• You'll coordinate recurring department activities, including monthly business updates, leadership meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional communications, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions.• You'll support the implementation and adoption of new tools and technologies, helping streamline how the team collaborates while coaching colleagues on new systems and best practices.• You'll prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leaders, ensuring information is accurate, polished, and tailored to the audience.• You'll build strong relationships with leaders across the organization, helping drive alignment, navigate change, and keep strategic initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Skills and Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Program Management, or a related function• Experience supporting People programs such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning and Development, or People Operations• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, growing organizations where priorities evolve quickly• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence partnering with Directors and Vice Presidents• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with experience creating polished executive presentations• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, or the ability to quickly learn new technologies
