Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, Bloor office)
Language: Professional written and spoken English
Duration: 8 to 10-month Contract

We are recruiting for a contract opportunity with a well-established financial services organization seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support important data quality initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure information is accurate, organized, and reliable.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll accurately enter large volumes of information into internal systems and databases
• You'll review records to ensure data is complete, accurate, and consistent
• You'll validate and update existing records while identifying and correcting discrepancies
• You'll help maintain data integrity across large datasets
• You'll provide general administrative support related to data management initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in data entry, data administration, or a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, databases, and data management systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional written and spoken English communication skills
