This is an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise HR systems, partner with experienced professionals across multiple functions, and contribute to initiatives that have a meaningful impact on employees worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead end-to-end process discovery, documenting current and future state workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across multiple People & Culture functions.
• You'll facilitate interviews, workshops, and working sessions with subject matter experts to gather business requirements and validate process flows.
• You'll translate business needs into clear, structured, and traceable documentation that supports solution design and delivery.
• You'll partner with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, identify dependencies, and prepare work for implementation.
• You'll maintain organized documentation, identify gaps or risks, and contribute to consistent business analysis practices across the team.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, ideally supporting HR, HCM, or People & Culture functions.
• Lean Six Sigma certification, Business Analysis certification, or equivalent practical experience applying structured analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documenting current and future state workflows.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative working sessions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Workday or other enterprise HR systems is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, JIRA, and documentation platforms used for business analysis and process mapping.
