About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead looking to make an impact on a large-scale digital transformation initiative? We are seeking a collaborative technical professional to lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within a complex public sector environment, helping modernize critical service management capabilities.

In this role, you'll work alongside cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists to design scalable ServiceNow solutions that support organizational priorities. Your expertise will help shape technical roadmaps, improve business processes, and ensure successful project delivery from planning through transition to operations.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and SAM Pro feasibility assessments while developing implementation roadmaps.
• You'll facilitate business process redesign workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
• You'll establish technical project plans, define key milestones, and provide regular project status updates.
• You'll create ServiceNow epics and user stories while documenting technical decisions, enhancements, and issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• You'll provide technical leadership by resolving complex issues, reporting development progress, and supporting successful transitions from development to operations.
• You'll collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to prioritize functional and technical requirements while ensuring successful solution delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
• Five (5)+ years of recent experience serving as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementations.
• Three (3)+ years of recent experience delivering ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) projects.
• University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and supporting the ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
• Proven experience designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting ServiceNow solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience facilitating discussions across diverse business and technical teams.
