Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate office and operational positions across the organization
• You'll partner with hiring leaders to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide recruitment market insights
• You'll manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• You'll build strong talent pipelines to support current hiring needs and future workforce growth
• You'll contribute to recruitment process improvements and support HRIS implementation initiatives as required
• You'll collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure recruitment activities align with organizational policies and collective agreement requirements
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience leading full-cycle recruitment
• Experience recruiting for both corporate office and operational or frontline positions
• Marine industry recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Experience recruiting within a unionized environment is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting or participating in an HRIS implementation is considered a strong asset
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and sourcing capabilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes
