As a Bilingual Account Executive, you'll serve as the dedicated point of contact for businesses across Quebec, building trusted relationships while driving new business growth. Your Responsibilities
• You'll build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, and referral sources
• You'll act as the primary point of contact for prospective merchants across Quebec, delivering an exceptional customer experience
• You'll qualify financing needs and recommend funding solutions that align with each business's goals
• You'll guide merchants through the complete sales process, from initial outreach to funded deals
• You'll prepare financing applications, negotiate funding terms, and confidently address objections
• You'll consistently achieve activity and sales targets while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft
• You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership and internal partners to support team success
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, ideally within fintech, financial services, or another high-volume outbound sales environment
• Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Diploma, degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience selling into the Quebec market, financial services, lending, or alternative financing is considered an asset
