Your Responsibilities
• You'll design intuitive user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms
• You'll create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real customer and business challenges
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate ideas into engaging digital experiences
• You'll leverage user research, analytics, and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve solutions
• You'll contribute to design discussions, share best practices, and help foster a collaborative design culture
Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of progressive UI, UX, or Product Design experience designing digital products
• Experience creating user-centered designs using design thinking principles
• Proficiency with UI design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Framer, InVision, Flinto, or comparable platforms
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, mobile interaction patterns, and accessibility best practices
• Experience using analytics, usability testing, or customer feedback to inform design decisions
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
